Bundle Guard™
Clothes bundling in the tumble dryer is a huge inconvenience. First, you have to waste time untangling the wet clothes from the bundle and then waste energy running the program again. To prevent bundling, ASKO Butterfly Drying™ Tumble Dryers feature Bundle Guard™. If it does occur, the Bundle Guard™ detects it through low humidity levels and changes the direction of the drum for 30 seconds before returning to the normal direction. By reducing or resolving bundling, drying time is reduced, as well as wear and tear on fabrics and energy consumption.

Multi-filter system
It may not look like a big problem, but lint is actually a tumble dryer’s worst enemy. If lint gets trapped inside sensitive parts of the dryer, it will lead to longer drying times and unnecessary wear and tear. ASKO's Multi Filter System combats this with three filters: a mesh filter in the air duct, and a combination filter with fine-mesh and thick foam. This system ensures consistent performance and benefits allergy sufferers and asthmatics.

Tested for 20 years*
At ASKO, we don’t just design appliances — we challenge them. Every tumble dryer undergoes rigorous tests simulating 20 years of average household use. While this doesn’t guarantee a 20-year lifespan, it reflects our commitment to exceptional durability and performance. Because your home deserves appliances that go the distance. The endurance test includes 10,000 operating hours divided by 3,200 drying cycles. This equals 20 years of use based on 160 cycles per year. Testing is done under controlled conditions simulating long-term use.

Low noise BLDC motor
Quieter, more hygienic and more reliable drying
Every detail in ASKO tumble dryers is designed to improve the entire laundry experience – from greater hygiene to quieter, more efficient and reliable performance. Brushless DC motors are a major factor in ASKO tumble dryers being able to deliver the levels of performance our experts aim for. BLDC motors are extra durable, quieter than ordinary motors and more energy efficient. And unlike standard motors, there are no brushes that can be damaged and need replacing.

Drying basket
Gentle drying for unconventional loads
Sometimes you need to dry odd items, like shoes. And some are more delicate than others. That’s why we’ve designed a handy drying basket that’s designed for those items that need a little extra care during drying. It’s placed inside the drum and then used to hold special or delicate items like soft toys, woolen textiles, cushions, or shoes in place during the drying cycle. It’s easy to fit and comes with a height guide, so you know when an item, like boots, is too big.

Self-cleaning lower lint filter
Keeps your filters lint-free with less hassle
The lower filter in ASKO heat pump tumble dryers protects the heat pump from dust and lint. But for the filter to do its job, it also must be kept clean. To ensure this, ASKO tumble dryers feature a self-cleaning function using water from the condenser tank to rinse the filter. The lint and dust then collect at the bottom of the filter where it can be easily removed by hand. After 30 dry cycles a reminder will pop-up in the display, reminding you to clean the lower lint filter.

With the steam function, our heat pump dryers offer you a product that takes caring for your clothes to a new level. Steam is a highly effective and gentle means to care for your shirts, jackets, and trousers. It is an easy way of getting your favourite shirts creaseless but can also be used for refreshing clothes that don’t need washing.
